Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Lead, KOL/Influencer Marketing to oversee the influencer program from planning to execution. You will manage a KOL team, craft effective content briefs, and ensure campaigns meet quality and brand standards.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams while building strong relationships with KOLs and agencies. Excellent English communication is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing
• Experience leading a team or supervising staff
• Strong understanding of end-to-end KOL management
• Experience in briefing, content review, and campaign execution
• Familiar with administrative processes (MOU and invoices)
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the KOL team to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns
• Develop and review content briefs to align with campaign objectives
• Oversee and approve KOL content drafts to ensure quality and brand alignment
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure targets are achieved
• Handle and supervise administrative processes (MOU/contracts & invoices)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and improvement strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams for campaign alignment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners
