Job summary

Decision Tree Indonesia is seeking a proactive Marketing/BD support role in Jakarta. The candidate will assist in data collection, analysis, and execution of BD initiatives within the marketing function.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic e-commerce environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to translate and summarize meetings, and collaboration with the BD team to implement strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English; Chinese proficiency (HSK Level 4) or fluent in Chinese.
• Strong communication skills and basic leadership qualities.
• Experience in project management and administrative work related to marketing (KOL or Affiliate) is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce industry workflows is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage marketing/campaign project within Business Development (BD) department.
• Support the BD team in data collection and analysis, convey instructions, and summarize meeting conclusions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Attend departmental meetings; maintain clear records of strategies and monitor their implementation progress.
• Assist the manager with daily operations and complete assigned tasks, including competitor research and translation.
• Monitor the progress of departmental strategies and promptly report issues.
• Facilitate communication between the manager and the BD team to obtain feedback quickly.

• Effectively facilitate communication between the manager and the Business Development (BD) team, helping the manager obtain necessary feedback quickly.
