DACHIN mencari kandidat berpengalaman untuk posisi KOL & Affiliate Specialist untuk mengelola kolaborasi dengan influencer di Shopee, TikTok, dan Meta. Anda akan membangun kemitraan, merancang kampanye, dan meningkatkan brand presence serta penjualan.

Posisi ini WFO 100% di Cikarang Pusat dengan gaji kompetitif, fasilitas BPJS, makan siang, bonus bulanan, THR, serta peluang pengembangan karier. Latar belakang di e-commerce dan kemampuan negosiasi menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai KOL & Affiliate Specialist.
• Kemampuan berkomunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
• Paham lanskap media sosial dengan pengalaman bekerja dengan kreator Meta (Instagram & Facebook).
• Kemampuan melakukan riset dan analisis kampanye.

Responsibilities

• Meneliti dan menjalin hubungan dengan influencer KOL & Affiliate untuk Shopee, TikTok Shop, dan Meta.
• Memimpin negosiasi perjanjian kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan.
• Merancang dan menjalankan kampanye untuk meningkatkan branding dan penjualan.
• Memantau kinerja KOL & Affiliate serta menyajikan laporan kampanye.

DACHIN 's managed brands span across two categories: Lifestyle ( Ecentio and Freemir ) and Consumer Electronics ( INBEX ). Each brand achieves remarkable sales performance on various online marketplace platforms. For instance, ecentio is the top-selling lunch box and water bottle brand, Freemir leads in cookware sales, and INBEX is the number one photography accessories brand across Indonesia.

We are seeking experienced candidates as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist or Affiliate Marketing Specialist, especially at Shopee, TikTok, and Meta (Instagram and Facebook) to handle end-to-end collaborations with KOL & Affiliate for our brands to enhance brand presence and sales.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
• Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
• Able to operate basic Excel operations skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes, preferably experienced doing collaboration with Meta (Instagram and Facebook) creators.
• Proven track record in creative and innovative campaign management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research for KOL & Affiliate to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector at E-Commerce platform (Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Meta prefered)
• Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOL & Affiliate.
• Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations.
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.
• Monitor and analyze KOL & Affiliate performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
