The Knauf APAC Management Trainee Program, also known as LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey designed for commercial graduates who want to learn fast, contribute from day one and build a career with purpose. You will be solving real problems, working on meaningful projects and learning from experienced leaders in a business that values innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across different parts of the business
• Work on meaningful projects that make a genuine impact
• Contribute to solving real problems within the organisation
• Participate in open dialogue sessions with Asia-Pacific (Regional) leaders

About you

• Commercial graduate (business, marketing, economics, finance and accounts, Architecture and Civil Engineering, or related commercial discipline)
• 0 to 3 years of work experience
• Enjoy solving problems and thinking analytically
• Communicate well and collaborate effectively
• Motivated by innovation, sustainability and improvement
