Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak seeks a Kitchen Support Expert to assist across kitchen, food & beverage, and employee dining areas, ensuring clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests. You’ll help with basic prep, operate and maintain cleaning equipment, and move dishware as needed.

This full-time, non-management role requires following safety procedures, maintaining professional appearance, and teamwork to support a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Education: No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Assist across kitchen, food & beverage, and employee dining areas to support cleaning and basic kitchen preparation needs.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashing machines, hand wash stations).
• Transport dishware across the hotel to service areas.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to a manager.
