Job summary

PT Dewata Harmoni Sejahtera di Bali mencari staf dapur untuk mempersiapkan bahan, memasak, dan menyajikan hidangan sesuai SOP serta resep. Anda akan bekerja dalam tim di lingkungan dapur yang dinamis, berfokus pada kualitas rasa dan presentasi makanan.

Tanggung jawab meliputi menjaga kebersihan, keamanan pangan, mendukung operasional dapur saat jam layanan, mengikuti arahan supervisor, serta membantu pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku secara dasar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients (cutting, portioning, marinating) based on kitchen needs.
• Cook and assemble menu items according to SOP and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen area.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
• Follow instructions from Kitchen SPV.
• Assist in basic stock handling and proper storage of ingredients.
