Job summary

PT Sambal Bakar Indonesia is seeking a capable kitchen staff to support daily restaurant operations in Jakarta. You will ensure equipment is clean and in good condition, keep food materials available, and assist with cooking according to company recipes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of kitchen experience, can work in a busy environment, collaborates well with a team, and is willing to work shifts. Candidates open to Pasar Senen placement are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant kitchen (cooking, frying, boiling, baking).
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, frying, and food presentation.
• Willing to work shifting hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good condition
• Ensure all food materials are available in the kitchen
• Check food materials in the kitchen and determine if restocking is needed
• Prepare equipment, ingredients, and cooking tools as needed
• Prepare food according to customer orders using company recipes
• Monitor food stock, raw materials, supplies, and orders
• Help organize and maintain discipline and cleanliness in the kitchen area
