Qualifications

• Knowledge of 5S methodology and manufacturing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

• Oversee knitting production per shift and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Evaluate team performance and compile work reports for assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Prepare yarn requisitions and maintain yarn stock during holidays.
• Record machine issues and verify repairs.
• Replace faulty needles and sinkers on machines as needed.
• Arrange production area schedules and cleaning rosters.
• Assist Section Head with machine settings to match fabric designs.

About the role

We are is seeking a Kepala Shift Produksi Knitting (Knitting Production Shift Supervisor) to join our manufacturing operations based in Cimahi, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the knitting production department during assigned shifts. As Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff to meet daily production targets. This position is integral to our manufacturing excellence and directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality textile products to our customers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform the duties and responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor (Karu) when there is a shortage of personnel.
• Evaluate and analyze team members’ work performance and work reports within the assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with work procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Prepare yarn requisitions and maintain yarn stock requirements for production machines during holidays.
• Record machine issues for evaluation and improvement.
• Recheck and verify repairs completed by the Shift Supervisor or team members.
• Replace faulty needles and sinkers on production machines.
• Arrange production area schedules and cleaning duty rosters.
• Assist the Section Head in adjusting machine settings according to the standard fabric design specifications for production.
• Assist with other tasks or departments as required.
