Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Kepala Shift Produksi Knitting (Knitting Production Shift Supervisor) to lead the knitting department on assigned shifts in Cimahi, West Java. This full-time role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and guiding a production team to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate has a D3 diploma with 1–2 years in textile knitting, strong leadership, 5S knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production knitting in a textile manufacturing company.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong analytical skills for checking production reports.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and manufacturing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee knitting production per shift and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Evaluate team performance and compile work reports for assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Prepare yarn requisitions and maintain yarn stock during holidays.
• Record machine issues and verify repairs.
• Replace faulty needles and sinkers on machines as needed.
• Arrange production area schedules and cleaning rosters.
• Assist Section Head with machine settings to match fabric designs.
