JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics), part of JD.com, is seeking a highly motivated KA Logistics Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of key logistics projects for our strategic Key Account clients. This role ensures seamless integration of JD.com's logistics solutions with KA needs.

You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in KA logistics

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management within the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry, with focus on Key Accounts or enterprise clients.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex KA logistics initiatives from initiation to final implementation and review.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define client requirements and propose efficient solutions using JD.com's logistics network.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to stay on budget.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and KA clients for transparency and alignment.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to standardizing PM methodologies for KA logistics projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform project development.

JD.com, Inc. - KA Logistics Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KA Logistics Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key logistics projects for our strategic Key Account (KA) clients. This role will ensure seamless integration of JD.com's logistics solutions with our KAs' operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management for complex logistics initiatives specifically tailored for JD.com's Key Accounts, from initial conceptualization to final implementation and post-launch review.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to understand client-specific logistics requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative and efficient solutions leveraging JD.com's extensive logistics network and capabilities.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments for each KA logistics project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, sales, and supply chain, to ensure timely and effective execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Facilitate regular communication and progress updates to internal stakeholders and Key Account clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement in KA logistics solutions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of standardized project management methodologies and best practices for KA logistics projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in logistics and e-commerce to inform strategic project development.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management within the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry, with a strong focus on Key Accounts or enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
