Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manual or automation testing.
• Experience in a financial institution (banking/insurance or financial services).
• Basic to intermediate Python programming.
• Familiarity with MySQL and SQL Server queries.
• Experience in manual or automation testing.
• Understanding of STLC and defect management.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and/or automation testing to ensure application quality and functionality meet business requirements.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and report bugs or defects to the development team.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and other relevant testing activities.
• Validate application data and results using database queries, including MySQL and SQL Server.
• Utilize Python for testing purposes, test data preparation, or test automation as needed.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure software quality.
• Prepare test reports and documentation throughout the testing process.
