The ideal candidate has 4+ years of QA experience, strong manual testing skills, and familiarity with API testing tools and SQL basics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA experience with a focus on manual testing.
• Ability to design, write, and execute test plans from requirements and user stories.
• Experience with API testing tools and basic SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed and structured manual test plans for frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects with clear steps and severity levels.
• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure resolution and prevent new issues.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Continuously research and implement best practices in software testing.
• Mentor and train junior team members to improve testing skills.
