Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Google Ads experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video formats (TikTok/Reels).
• Proficient with Google Sheets and data interpretation via Looker Studio / GA4.

Responsibilities

• Research social media trends, competitor strategies, and ad performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations on creative best practices.
• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, targeting, budget pacing, and bid adjustments across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Conduct daily performance checks, ensure UTM tracking hygiene, and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, copies, and audiences.
• Compile weekly reports monitoring and creative fatigue using Looker Studio dashboards and GA4 data.
• Leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency while building advanced data analysis capabilities under senior mentorship.
