Job summary

Maxim Digital, a leading Southeast Asian digital marketing agency with a Jakarta branch, seeks a performance marketing specialist to manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from setup to reporting.

You will translate client needs into data-driven strategies, continuously optimize campaigns to hit KPIs, and present insights with the Account Manager. Located in Jakarta for on-site collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Deep-rooted technical understanding of Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other marketing channels.
• Ability to think creatively, critically, and unconventionally to scale and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships, and drive revenue.
• Excellent data analysis and tracking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage client Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other campaigns end-to-end, from setup to reporting.
• Execute and optimize client campaigns to meet KPI targets.
• Present reports to clients and advise on growing their business with the Account Manager.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance, and build media plans.
• Develop unique strategies within the digital arena to meet or exceed objectives.

Requirements:

• Have a deep-rooted technical understanding with basic foundation of Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other marketing channels
• Certified on Google, Facebook, and/or TikTok will be a huge plus
• Have ability to think creatively, critically, even unconventionally to scale and optimize paid marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships, and drive revenue
• Excellent data analysis & tracking ability

Responsibilities:

• Manage client Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other campaigns end-to-end, from account and campaign setup, keywords mapping, setup tracking events, recommendation, targeting strategy, optimize, analysis and reporting.
• Execute and optimize client campaign to meet the KPI.
• Presenting the report to clients and give a suggestion on how to grow their business together with the Account Manager.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, creating a Media Plan based on client needs
• Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives.

Qualifications:

• Deep-rooted technical understanding with a basic foundation of Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other marketing channels
• Ability to think creatively, critically, and unconventionally to scale and optimize paid marketing campaigns
