Seven Clean Seas in Bali is seeking a Junior Partnerships Executive to drive revenue by selling our ocean-plastic design products to beach clubs, hotels, and cafes. The role blends field sales with event hosting and client engagement on-site.

You will build relationships, present samples, close deals, and coordinate occasional beach-cleanup activations, reporting impact to partners. English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

We are a mission-driven organization turning ocean plastic pollution into high-value B2B design products. We collect plastic waste directly from coastlines and oceans in Indonesia, recycling it into products ranging from eco-friendly corporate souvenirs and guest amenities to custom upcycled plastic furniture. We help businesses integrate recycled ocean plastic into their venues while hosting targeted beach cleanup activations across the island.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, revenue-driven Junior Partnerships Executive to handle our commercial expansion in Bali. This is primarily a commercial sales role (~80%) focused on pitching and closing product deals with beach clubs, hotels, resorts, and cafes.

The remaining ~20% of your time will be spent coordinating and hosting occasional corporate-sponsored beach cleanups, serving as a powerful hands-on touchpoint for your clients and brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Revenue Growth (80%)

• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and target key decision-makers (General Managers, Sustainability Directors, Procurement Leads, Retail Managers) across Bali's hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.
• On-the-Ground Pitching: Conduct field meetings and present physical samples of our recycled merchandise
• Closing & Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end sales process—from initial contact, sample delivery, and quoting to contract execution and securing recurring re-orders.

2. Cleanup Logistics & Hosting (20%)

• Partner & Event Coordination: Support partner briefing meetings and coordinate cleanup logistics, participants, equipment, and community involvement.
• Site & Cleanup Preparation: Support pre-cleanup site visits and make sure all operational details are ready before the event.
• On-Site Lead & Client Hosting: Lead the cleanup on the day, deliver safety briefings, share Seven Clean Seas' impact story, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
• Impact Reporting: Prepare and deliver post-cleanup impact reports for partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Sales Track Record: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (hospitality, sustainable products, or custom merchandise in Bali is a strong plus).
• Commercial Drive: Highly self-motivated with a closing mindset; primary focus is achieving monthly sales targets.
• Languages: English (essential for international venue managers) and Bahasa Indonesia (for local procurement teams, vendors, and community logistics).
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and personal transportation (scooter or car) for daily venue visits across the island.
• On-Site Energy: Comfortable hosting group events on the beach when cleanups take place.
