Mekari in Jakarta is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital channels to drive strong growth. This role will implement full-funnel advertising across search, display, social, video, and mobile to maximize ROI and ad spend efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor metrics daily to monthly, and provide data-driven recommendations. The position requires 1–2 years in performance marketing and hands-on Google Ads experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
• Hands-on experience in managing digital ads campaigns, especially Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, CPL, and CPA.
• Ability to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and provide basic to intermediate analysis.
• Proficient in reporting with Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Support campaign initiatives for lead generation, traffic, visibility, and awareness objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to boost ads and amplify campaigns.
• Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly including budget pacing and key metrics.
• Conduct routine optimization: keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, audiences, and bidding basics.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support media planning, budgeting, and forecasting based on historical data.
• Ensure campaign setup, naming, tracking, and dashboards are organized.
• Provide data-based recommendations to improve performance and goals.
