Job summary

PT GSI Site – Wolo, Southeast Sulawesi is inviting applications for a trainer-focused role based in Wolo. You will develop and deliver training programs for operators, conduct TNA, and map competencies for drivers and staff.

The ideal candidate has TOT certification, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid SIM BII/Operator SIO. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK.
• 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possession of TOT.
• Able to operate heavy equipment with active General SIM BII and Operator SIO license.
• Able to conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA), operator and driver competency mapping, and SPIP-based training evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
• Map operator and driver competency and implement training plans.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using SPIP-based methods.
• Operate heavy equipment and support units in training contexts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver hands-on and classroom training.
