PT Indoned Consultancy is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Officer to support legal operations, documentation, and regulatory compliance in Bali, Indonesia. The role requires handling notary services, visa processing, and corporate documentation under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a Law degree, strong English, and the ability to conduct legal research and analysis. Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to conduct legal research and legal analysis.
• Understanding of licensing procedures and basic corporate legal requirements.
• Able to draft, review, and prepare legal documents and contracts.
• Experience in notary services, visa processing, and corporate legal matters is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Client-oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support and administrative services for legal documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate notary services, visa applications, and corporate legal documentation.
• Draft, review, and prepare basic legal documents, agreements, and correspondence under supervision.
• Process company licenses, business permits, visa applications, and other legal admin tasks.
• Conduct basic legal research and analyze applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify potential legal risks and prepare recommendations for review.
• Maintain communication with clients, notaries, government bodies, and external parties.
• Monitor client requests and ensure services are delivered on time.
• Prepare legal reports and maintain confidential filing of documents.
