Qualifications

• Familiar with high-tech instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality analysis on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products and trading products.
• Assist in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organisation of the laboratory.
• Assist in the proper handling, storage and upkeep of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
• Assist with laboratory documentation, records and quality management system requirements.
• Support the monitoring of preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments according to the schedule.
• Ensure laboratory equipment and instruments are properly maintained and records are kept up to date.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency and product quality.
• Perform other laboratory-related duties as assigned by the superior.

• Familiar with hightech instruments like; GC FID, ICP-OES (Digestion method or Direct injection method), Moisture Titrator (KarlFisher) would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and chemical analysis.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
