Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Human Capital Communications Junior Officer in Jakarta Pusat to help shape internal communication and employee engagement. You will translate concepts into clear messages, support culture activation, and partner with stakeholders across the business to keep teams informed and connected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute projects independently from planning to implementation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
• Experience managing internal communications, content creation, or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
• Open for Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels, including email, Microsoft Teams, and digital platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand communication needs and transform briefs into clear, effective, and engaging messages.
• Draft, review, and refine communication materials to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to produce communication assets that support organizational campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage communication calendars and oversee the timely delivery of announcements, campaigns, and employee engagement content.
• Lead and support internal communication projects, including process improvements, channel enhancements, and automation initiatives.
