Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Talent Acquisition Junior Officer to support end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and Human Capital Business Partners to understand talent needs and help build a strong candidate pipeline.

You should enjoy connecting with people, care about candidate experience, and be eager to grow in a fast-paced TA environment. Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum GPA 3.00/4.00.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of recruitment experience welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, candidate coordination).
• Experience as a tech recruiter or hiring for software/IT roles is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs with managers and HCBPs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage candidates through various channels and sourcing methods.
• Assess candidate fit via resume reviews, interviews, and other assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche needs.
• Provide recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.

As a Talent Acquisition Junior Officer, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers and Human Capital Business Partners to understand talent needs across the organization. You will help identify, engage, and assess candidates while building strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of candidate experience, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with hiring managers and HCBPs to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• In charge of end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offering, and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels and sourcing methods.
• Assess candidate suitability through resume reviews, interviews, and other assessment methods.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and critical hiring needs.
• Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and candidate recommendations to hiring stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 .
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related areas are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
• Experience as a Tech Recruiter or exposure to hiring for technology roles such as Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, or IT will be a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, agile, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation skills and a strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
