Job summary

PT Kerry Ingredients Indonesia is seeking a talented individual to join the Taste team at Karawang. You will lead end-to-end flavour sample creation for savoury and sweet flavours, conduct sensory tasting, analyze data, and provide final recommendations.

The role requires leadership to drive process improvements and collaboration across the RDA Taste Team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing stock analysis, ensuring SLA targets, and maintaining EHS compliance while delivering

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry required.
Experience in flavour processes including encapsulation, emulsion, liquid and dry blending, or related areas.
Ability to operate SAP ERP and MS Office; strong data interpretation and basic sensory evaluation.

Responsibilities

Conduct flavour sample creation to support internal and external customer requests.
Manage RM and product stock analysis to hit SLA with stakeholders.
Conduct and evaluate sensory analysis based on available datasets.
Provide final recommendations for process and product based on evaluations.
Lead and support the RDA Taste Team in Karawang and coordinate with related stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements in all RDA activities.
