Job summary

Kerry & Co. is seeking a full-time RDA Taste Team specialist in Karawang, Indonesia to lead end-to-end flavour sample creation for savoury and sweet flavours. You will manage sensory data, evaluate results, and provide recommendations to improve processes and outputs.

Role involves supervising the RDA Taste Team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring EHS compliance across all activities within RD&A. A Diploma or higher in related fields is required, with at least 2 years in flavour

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Food Technology, Food Science or related.
At least 2 years of flavour process experience (encapsulation, emulsion, etc.).
Basic sensory understanding and data evaluation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and SAP ERP.
Willingness to learn and lead others.
Process knowledge of flavour production, esp. encapsulation and blending.
Ability to collaborate with Kerry Taste Team.

Responsibilities

Conduct flavour sample creation to support internal & external customer projects.
Manage raw materials and products stock analysis to hit SLA targets.
Perform and evaluate sensory analysis with team based on data.
Provide final recommendations for process and product based on evaluations.
Lead and support the RDA Taste Team in Karawang and related stakeholders.
Maintain EHS compliance in all activities related to RD&A.
