Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting administration.
• Prepare and check invoices, payment documents, and financial records.
• Record and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and other financial reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and daily financial transactions.
• Prepare regular finance reports.
• Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and payment matters.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
