Job summary

PT Dipo Star Finance in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a junior accounting assistant to support daily financial transactions, journal entries, and filing. You will help with month-end closing, reconciliation, AP/AR, tax preparation, and audit readiness, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Eager to learn and able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions and preparing journal entries.
• Support the preparation and filing of accounting documents, including invoices and payment vouchers.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Verify and organize supporting documents for accounting transactions.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Assist in tax administration and audit preparation.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support accounting activities.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
