Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting activities such as data entry and transaction recording.
• Prepare and organize financial documents (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers).
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Help reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital).
• Assist in preparing simple financial reports.
• Support audit preparation by providing required documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to finance operations.
