Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking a Finance Admin to support the Head of Research in managing financial administration across all Research units. The role involves preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

You will assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial reconciliation, process documents per procedures, coordinate with departments, and maintain records. Fresh graduates are welcome, and Excel proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or administrative experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with taxation and internal control concepts is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Research in managing financial administration across all Research units within Summarecon.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial reconciliation activities.
• Process financial and administrative documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and Research units regarding financial and administrative matters.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist in tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
