Job Opportunity: Junior Developer (Odoo Training Program)

Contract Type: Full-time (Training + Employment)

At Doodex, an official Odoo Partner with 10+ years of expertise, we are building the next generation of elite developers. We are launching an intensive 3-month training program to transform talented students into skilled Odoo Developers.

This is a unique chance for very smart and ambitious students with strong technical backgrounds to join a world-class ERP team.

• At the end of the training, you will be fully operational as an Odoo Developer.
• From day one, you will sign a contract requiring a minimum of 1 year commitment at Doodex after training.
• The program will start once we have 4–6 selected candidates.
• Classes and projects will be very intensive — designed to challenge and grow you fast.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in a 6-month intensive Odoo training program.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and at least one language (Python or C++).
• Solid mathematical/analytical background.
• English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong willingness to learn quickly and work intensively.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Curiosity about ERP systems or business processes.
• Prior exposure to AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Teamwork experience on software projects or hackathons.
