Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles; banking industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking concepts, products and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex challenges.
• Proficiency in creating business documentation, process maps and requirement specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Lucidchart, Visio or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications like IIBA CBAP/ECBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from banking clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand workflows and pain points.
• Create and maintain BRDs, use case diagrams, and process flow docs.
• Analyze current banking systems and identify gaps; propose solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to align implementations with business goals.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate user feedback.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist project managers in tracking requirements and scope.
