Job summary

Pt. Sigma Global Teknologi (Sigmatech) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Tangerang team.

You will bridge business needs and technology, focusing on requirements gathering, process improvement, and system analysis for financial applications in a hybrid work setting. The role requires at least five years in business analysis, a BA/IT/finance degree, and strong communication to lead workshops, document specs, and support UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in business analysis, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Experience in elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong BA tools and methodologies knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with dev and QA to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Analyze current processes and suggest improvements.

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements
