Job summary

Ultra Voucher is seeking a Jr. DevOps Engineer to ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of services across development, staging, and production environments in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

You will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes, and collaborate with the Tech Lead to optimize performance and cost efficiency. Experience with cloud providers and observability tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatic Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in DevOps/Infrastructure in production.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, and reverse proxies (Traefik/Nginx).
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and version control workflows.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, Huawei Cloud).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration, testing, and deployment across all environments (dev, staging, production).
• Manage and optimize containerized infrastructure using Docker and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm), including Traefik reverse proxy configuration.
• Administer and monitor cloud and on-premise servers (e.g., DigitalOcean, Huawei Cloud), ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack) to ensure proactive issue detection.
• Enforce security best practices including network segmentation, secrets management, TLS/SSL configuration, and access control across all infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and development team to support deployment requirements, resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
• Manage database operations support including backup automation, replication setup, and environment provisioning for Oracle and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible to ensure reproducible and auditable environment configurations.
• Provide on-call support for production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer in a production environment.
• Proficient with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm), and reverse proxy management (Traefik/Nginx).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and version control workflows.
