Job summary

You will identify customer needs, assist customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase, follow up via WhatsApp, phone, or social media, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing and following up on customer leads.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product presentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to purchase.
• Follow up on leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, or other relevant channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Collaborate with the store team to maximize sales opportunities and lead conversion.
