amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Tokyo seeks a Technical Consultant – Storage & Computing Solutions to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across cloud, storage, and computing environments.

You''ll translate enterprise architecture into production deployments, work with international teams, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation for global clients. Candidates should have 3+ years in infra engineering, hands-on IaC, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or enterprise IT consulting.
Hands-on with cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, virtualization, and enterprise computing environments.
Familiarity with IaC frameworks such as Terraform or Ansible.
Business-level English; Japanese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize enterprise storage systems, computing clusters, and infrastructure environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible to automate deployment and operations.
Engineer and execute secure cloud migration strategies involving enterprise databases and hybrid clouds.
Troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks across storage arrays, distributed systems, and virtualized environments.
Prepare detailed technical documentation and low-level design documents for offshore delivery teams.
Coordinate with international engineering squads to ensure successful deployment activities.
Support modernization initiatives including cloud security and legacy migration.
