Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Japanese Interpreter GA for manufacturing to support Japanese and Indonesian teams in meetings and daily operations. The role focuses on interpretation, translation of emails and documents, and coordination with GA-related vendors.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, possess JLPT N2 level Japanese and conversational English, and have at least two years of experience in Japanese manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Business level Japanese (N2) and conversational English.
• 2 years of experience as Interpreter, GA, HRGA in Japanese manufacturing companies.
• Experience with Japanese foreign workers/ management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal skills and good understanding of Japanese business culture and working etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese ↔ Bahasa Indonesia interpretation during meetings, business discussions, and daily operations
• Prepare and translate business emails and correspondence between Japanese and Indonesian
• Translate business documents, reports, announcements, procedures, and other materials as required
• Coordinate with GA-related vendors and maintain good business relationships to ensure smooth service delivery
• Coordinate company insurance administration and maintain relevant documentation
• Support and coordinate Japanese foreign workers' work permit and immigration administration
• Monitor document validity, renewal schedules, and other administrative requirements for foreign workers
• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Japanese ↔ Bahasa Indonesia interpretation during meetings, business discussions, and daily operations

Prepare and translate business emails and correspondence between Japanese and Indonesian

Translate business documents, reports, announcements, procedures, and other materials as required

Coordinate with GA-related vendors and maintain good business relationships to ensure smooth service delivery

Job Requirements:
