Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Vertical Solution Expert (VSE) for Financial Services Industry in Jakarta. The role bridges customer business needs with enterprise ICT solutions for banking, fintech, and financial institutions.

You will work with Key Account Managers, sales teams, and internal units to shape solution strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and commercial success across major FSI accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers such as banks, fintechs, or digital platforms.
• Experience in Presales, Account Management, or related enterprise ICT roles.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, fintech ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with middleware, infrastructure, storage, and enterprise networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary industry solution focal point for FSI enterprise accounts (banks, fintechs, financial institutions).
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and sales teams to identify opportunities and shape ICT solutions.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Translate industry scenarios into scalable ICT and digital transformation solutions aligned with Huawei's portfolio.
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and support end-to-end implementation across FSI projects.
• Support cloud computing, data center infrastructure, SD-WAN, and digital banking platforms.
