Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in engagement with FSI customers (banks, fintech, non-bank financial institutions).
• Background in Presales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Solution Consulting or related enterprise ICT roles.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial systems, fintech ecosystems, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting ICT solution implementation involving middleware, infrastructure, computing, storage, automation or enterprise networking.
• Knowledge of data networks, industrial ICT architecture, IT/OT integration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud, data center, SD-WAN, digital banking platforms or intelligent financial infrastructure.
• Familiarity with multi-vendor enterprise solution ecosystems and digitalisation trends.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary industry solution focal point for FSI enterprise accounts including banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and enterprise sales teams to identify opportunities, shape strategic ICT solutions, and support project wins.
• Engage directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Analyze financial industry operational challenges and digital transformation requirements to identify solution opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points into scalable ICT and digital transformation solutions aligned with Huawei's portfolio.
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and support end-to-end solution implementation across strategic FSI projects.
• Support enterprise solutions related to cloud computing, data center, SD-WAN, digital banking platforms, and industrial ICT integration.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, solution, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility, competitiveness, and commercial viability.
• Participate in industry events and executive workshops to strengthen Huawei's presence in the financial sector ecosystem.
• Assist in proposals, executive presentations, solution positioning, and strategic customer communications.
• Share project best practices to strengthen internal sales and presales enablement.
