Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Vertical Solution Expert (FSI) to bridge client needs with Huawei ICT solutions for banking and fintech sectors in Jakarta Selatan. You will engage with senior stakeholders, shape ICT strategies, and drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise accounts.

The role requires deep FSI knowledge, strong presales and consulting background, and fluency in English to engage with multinational financial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers including banks, fintech companies, non-bank financial institutions, or digital financial platforms.
• Strong background in Presales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Solution Consulting, or related enterprise ICT roles within technology companies.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial systems, fintech ecosystems, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting ICT solution implementation involving middleware, infrastructure, computing, storage, automation systems, or enterprise networking technologies.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary industry solution focal point for Financial Services Industry (FSI) enterprise accounts including banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and enterprise sales teams to identify customer opportunities and shape strategic ICT solutions.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Analyze financial industry challenges and digital transformation requirements to identify solution opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points into scalable ICT and digital transformation solutions.
• Lead scenario-based solution planning and support end-to-end solution implementation across strategic FSI projects.
• Support enterprise solutions related to cloud computing, data center technologies, SD-WAN, and digital banking platforms.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, solution, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and commercial viability.
• Participate in industry events and executive workshops to strengthen Huawei's presence in financial ecosystem.
• Assist in proposal preparation, executive presentations, and solution positioning.
