Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia, seeks a Chinese-Speaking FAT Manager to lead finance, accounting, tax and governance for a nickel mining operation. You will ensure compliance, manage budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and audits while coordinating with regional HQ.

The role requires strong tax, financial controls, and cross-border experience with Mandarin and English proficiency to support regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of professional experience across Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, or other capital-intensive industries preferred.
• Strong expertise in Indonesian taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and controls.
• Experience managing external audits, tax audits, and cross-functional finance operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multinational stakeholders and regulators.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, and financial reporting activities ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee corporate tax planning, reporting, compliance, and external tax audits.
• Supervise AR/AP, banking, cash flow management, and cost control to maintain financial health.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and variance analyses for senior management.
• Ensure timely statutory financial statements and reporting per local standards and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
