Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build and manage the training framework for its auto-finance Gadai BPKB business in Jakarta. You will design curricula, product materials, call scripts, and onboarding programs for frontline telesales agents.

Reporting to Telemarketing leadership, you will coach agents, monitor calls, drive improvements in productivity and conversion, and collaborate with finance partners and cross-border leadership to align training with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing sales training curricula, product modules, call scripts, onboarding programs.
• Strong ability to translate financial products into practical training materials.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; able to coach frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training curricula and onboarding programs for Gadai BPKB products.
• Develop product explanations, scripts, eligibility guides, and customer communication frameworks.
• Deliver onboarding and training, ensuring strong product knowledge and operational readiness.
• Conduct call monitoring, coaching, and performance reviews to boost conversion.
