Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build and manage the training framework for its Gadai BPKB auto-finance business in Jakarta. You will design curricula, scripts, onboarding programs, and role-play exercises for frontline telesales agents, ensuring product knowledge and compliance across two-wheeler and four-wheeler financing.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Training or related fields.
Experience in telesales coaching and learning & development.
Supervisory or team management experience in a call center.
Direct hands-on experience with multifinance, leasing, or auto-finance products.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and continually improve sales training curricula and onboarding programs for Gadai BPKB products.
Create product explanations, scripts, and objection-handling guides.
Translate complex auto-finance requirements into practical training materials.
Deliver onboarding and training for new telesales agents.
Monitor calls and conduct coaching to boost performance.
Analyze funnel metrics and identify process improvements.
Coordinate with partners to reflect product information in training materials.
Prepare regular training and performance reports for management.
