Job summary

Itron in Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and end-to-end logistics coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished goods.

The role collaborates with production, procurement, and external partners, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or SCM.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and third-party warehouse providers.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate transportation to meet delivery timelines and customer service goals.
• Contribute to cost control and process improvements in logistics and warehousing.
