Job summary

SAMIR seeks a Head of IT to oversee Development, Product, Network & Security, and Data teams, ensuring availability, security, and reliable tech services.

You will define the IT strategy and roadmap, steer project delivery, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with Operations to optimize fintech processes.

Ideal candidates have 9–10 years in a similar fintech leadership role, strong English, Agile experience, and POJK knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 9–10+ years of experience in a similar role, fintech preferred.
• Strong technical skills in programming languages, databases, and cloud.
• Excellent project management and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and communication in English.
• Experience with Agile development is a plus.
• Strong POJK knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development, Product, Network & Security, and Data teams to ensure project delivery.
• Define and execute IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure availability, scalability, security, and reliability of apps, infra, data.
• Partner with Operations to develop tech solutions improving processes.
• Oversee software development, product delivery, infra operations, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, disaster recovery, and BC plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices for tech and security.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, software licensing, and third-party services.
• Establish KPIs and service levels; drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of emerging tech; identify opportunities for innovation.
