Job summary

SAMIR is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure our business activities, products, and operations align with the applicable laws and OJK regulations. You will work with senior management and cross‑functional teams to provide practical compliance guidance and manage regulatory risks.

In this role you will oversee regulatory submissions, monitor changes in laws, and maintain relationships with regulators. You will lead training, mapping processes to internal policies, and produce compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and practical knowledge of fintech or financial services regulations.
• At least 7 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Experience dealing with OJK or regulators is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory advisory, submissions, notifications, and approval processes with OJK.
• Ensure products and services comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Advise senior management on regulatory requirements and compliance risks.
• Perform regular compliance monitoring and gap analysis across functions.
• Track regulatory changes and coordinate implementation within the business.
• Participate in regulator training, meetings, and inspections, and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports and regulatory documents.
