Job summary

US Company is seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Solution Engineer / FDE to join a customer-facing, highly technical team. You will design, build, and improve backend systems, services, and integrations while collaborating with customers to understand their environments and requirements.

You will analyze architectures, assess complexity, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions, coordinating with internal engineering teams and stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software engineering or solutions engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf or similar).
• Business / Professional level English proficiency.
• Willingness to work on US timezone.
• Ability to work with international customers and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ownership mindset to drive issues to resolution.
• Strong backend development and system design experience.
• Indonesian citizenship.

About the Role

Our client islooking for a Technical Solution Engineer to join theirgrowing team. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role combining backend engineering, system design, integrations, technical problem-solving, and customer collaboration.

You will work directly with customers to understand their existing technical environments, identify challenges, design solutions, and help integrate our product into their systems. You will need to be comfortable working with unfamiliar systems, understanding how different technologies interact, and making practical technical decisions around complexity, effort, scalability, and implementation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work together and solving complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve backend systems, services, and integrations.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical environments, requirements, and challenges.

Work across APIs, databases, data pipelines, third-party systems, and other integrations.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering, solutions engineering, systems integration, or a similar technical role
• Must have hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar)
• Business / Professional level English Proficiency
• Flexibility to work following US timezone
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with ambiguous or unfamiliar technical problems
• Comfortable working directly with international customers and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Strong ownership mindset—you don't just identify problems; you drive them toward resolution
• Strong experience with backend development and system design
