Job summary

AppFuxion Consulting in Jabodetabek, Indonesia seeks an AI/ML Developer/Workflow Engineer for six to twelve months to design and implement AI workflows, pipelines and AI personas.

The role requires strong Python/Java, database skills (MS SQL Server, MySQL), experience in banking, knowledge of AI components (LLM, RAG, Vector DB), and fluency in English. On-site collaboration with project teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Data Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years (junior) or 4+ years (middle) experience as AI/ML Developer/Workflow Engineer in banking industry.
• Experience in develop and implement AI workflow orchestration, automation, AI pipelines.
• Strong understanding of AI technology components (LLM, RAG, Vector DB, Embedding, guardrails, etc.)
• Understanding of data governance, security, and model lifecycle.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.
• Live in Jabodetabek, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, and users to produce and maintain AI workflows design and pipelines.
• Understand user requirement and develop AI workflow, models, AI persona, script, system prompt to deliver AI application/system
• Fix software defects found during testing phase
• Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoots system issues.
• Create technical documentations.

• Have >2 years (junior) or >4years (middle) experience as AI/ML Developer/Workflow Engineer in banking industry.
• Have experiences in develop and implement AI workflow orchestration, automation, AI pipelines.
• Have skill on Ms. SQL Server Database, MySQL Database.
• Have strong Python / Java programming, also API integration skills.
• Have strong understanding of AI technology components (LLM, RAG, Vector DB, Embedding, guardrails, etc.)
• Understanding of data governance, security, and model lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
• Have experiences in agile project delivery.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.
• Team player with interest in AI technologies.
• Live in Jabodetabek, Indonesia.
