Binus University International seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to shape the IT strategy for BINUS Online (BiOn) and related platforms. You will lead migrations, policy development, and the administration of network and data center operations, ensuring compliance with standards.

You will build BI/Analytics capabilities, oversee ERP solutions, and mentor teams. The role requires strong vendor relationships, adaptability to new technologies, and a track record in overseeing complex

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies or related field
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Minimum 6 years in related area
• Expert in website or mobile system
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Experience with ERP solutions implementation
• Experience in IT infrastructure management
• Experience in vendor relationships
• Experience coordinating ERP practices

Responsabilidades

• Develop IT infrastructure strategies and lead migrations to new technologies
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and training for network and data center administration
• Ensure software/hardware compliance with IT infrastructure standards
• Build BI and Analytics practice solutions and methodologies
• Update BI systems to provide accurate business reports
• Analyze data processing modules and identify enhancements
• Plan and implement security measures to protect information
• Monitor ERP and IT systems for compliance with standards
• Manage ERP system updates and ERP implementation coaching
• Maintain BINUS Online content and relationships between IT and divisions
• Ensure project development aligns with organizational rules and internal control
• Provide reports to direct Supervisor and suggest process improvements
• Engage in Quality Management System activities
• Handle additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor

• Work closely with IT managers to develop IT infrastructure strategies, lead the migration to new technologies, andaddress ongoing database, server, and network system operational needs in BINUS Online (BiOn).
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network and data center administration and project management.
• Ensure all software and hardware products are compliant with IT infrastructure.
• Build and develop BI and Analytics practice solutions and methodologies.
• Update and manage BI system to ensure it provides organization with proper business report.
• Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancement and improvements.
• Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental orunauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.
• Ensure and monitor all software and hardware products are compliance to IT Infrastructure standards and systems.
• Monitor all activities related to analysis of database, network, and server system operational and implement all datacenter plans.
• Manage vendor relationships with service providers and technology manufacturers.
• Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
• Act as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
• Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides organization with proper business.
• Managing content on the BINUS Online website.
• Build relationships between IT and divisions in BINUS Online.
• Ensure IT Project development and implementation complies and aligns with organizational rules, regulations,policies, strategies and internal control mechanism

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern,effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Studies (or related field)

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in supervisory level,
• Minimum 6 years working experience in related area

Special Skills:

• Expert in website or mobile system
• A high degree of adaptability to learn new technologies as needed
