Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking an OS/Server Administrator to install, configure, and maintain server infrastructure and security. You will back up data, manage user administration, and support software systems across Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) and analytics platforms at BINUS units.

The role requires a diploma or current university student in computer studies, with hands-on OS and server administration skills. No prior experience required, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University student (6th semester) in Computer Studies.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems and server administration.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure server and firewall on server.
• Backup and restore data for user accounts.
• Provide administration services related to user administration.
• Support software systems and applications.
• Design and develop server infrastructure.
• Test the system and ensure security.
• Administer system security and DNS/Web/Mmail servers.
• Maintain Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) and Analytic applications.

Maintain server and Operation System

• Install and configure server and firewall on server.
• Backup and restore data user.
• Provide administration service related to user administration.
• Support software system.

Operation System Administration activities and high security level optimization

• Design and develop Server.
• Test the system.
• Conduct network system administration to servers.
• Administer system security.
• Install and configure Web Server, Mail Server and DNS Server.
• System (Domain, Web, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, Antivirus) Administration.
• System & Application Backup.

ERP & Analytics

• Participate in the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure of Oracle ERP (PeopleSoft) and Analytic Application.
• Support the technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure related to Oracle ERP and Analytic Application.
• Support the availability and operation of Oracle ERP and Analytic database for operational activities conducted by units within BINUS Units.

Supporting Management Activities

• Submit activities report.
• Carry out activities related to Quality System.
• Perform other duties as instructed by direct supervisor.
