Job summary

PT Maju Bersama Gemilang (MBG) is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee quality control, drive process improvements, and provide technical quality support to customers at its Kendal Industrial Park facility in Central Java.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications, English proficiency (Mandarin preferred), and prior experience in chemicals & plastics manufacturing with 101-1000 employees. MBG emphasizes high-quality production and staff competency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Experience as Quality Engineer.
• Good in English, preferably in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle quality control, improvement of production process, and analysis of Quality.
• Responsible for providing quality technical support to customers.
