Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, access points).
• Experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and maintain office networks and internet connectivity.
• Oversee laptop handover and asset tracking for new hires and offboarded staff.
• Install and update company-approved software and security patches.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT purchases and service maintenance.
