Surya Gemilang is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide technical assistance and maintain IT infrastructure across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and support users daily.

The role requires familiarity with Windows, basic Linux/MacOS, TCP/IP and LAN/Wi‑Fi networks, and the ability to work independently or in a team while documenting resolutions and maintaining asset inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT Support or Helpdesk experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Familiarity with Windows operating system and basic knowledge of Linux/MacOS.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues including computers, laptops, printers, and supporting devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS), office applications, and company software.
• Manage and monitor local network stability (LAN/Wi‑Fi), routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Provide daily technical helpdesk support to all internal users and employees.
• Conduct data collection, inventory, and management of IT assets.
• Create technical documentation related to issue resolution and system maintenance.
